A story that began with a new way of looking at growing older.
Fleur de Lis was born from an unexpected encounter.
With a career built in the world of technology, Roberto came face to face with the subject of aging during a lecture series in Canada. What began as curiosity became a purpose.
Back in Brasília, after visiting the senior residences available in the city, he realized something was still missing: a place that saw aging not as an ending to be managed, but as a stage of life that deserves to be lived to the fullest.
That is when he found a house and began to transform it, detail by detail, guided by one question:
The answer to that question was the starting point for Fleur de Lis.
What would a place look like where older adults could go on living with the comfort, care and dignity they built throughout their lives?
The meaning of Fleur de Lis
A name that captures our essence.
A historic symbol of nobility and distinction, the fleur-de-lis gave its name to a residence created to offer a care experience defined by attentiveness, respect and excellence.
